Luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. the service is outstanding and staff are accommodating to all needs. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing escape with the sauna and massage being of a high standard. the garden area is well, maintained and the restaurant served delicious, high, quality food.

I'm currently staying at a hotel by a casino and it's been an amazing experience so far. the cellar restaurant serves very tasty and designed food, and breakfast is also abundant and delicious. the indoor gym is fully-equipped and the spa has a sauna, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi. the room is spacious and well-designed, complete with a clean and comfortable bathroom. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the lobby has a great ambiance.
I have noticed some noise from the inside of the building which can be a bit disturbing, especially at night.

The hotel had a unique and tasteful architecture which made the atmosphere feel very contemporary. The service was good and the staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel was relatively new. The breakfast had a lot of options and was tasty.
The hotel's location was not central and isolated from San Juan restaurants and the more "character" parts of the city. The music from the casino could be heard in some rooms and was a problem on Friday/Saturday nights.

The hotel room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the rooftop pool had a great view of the city, and the drinks from the pool bar were fantastic.
The hotel staff was not very welcoming, and the breakfast selection was limited. the hotel was also located in a rough area, and we didn't feel safe walking around at night.
